Brett Miller joined Maveron in September 2007 as Controller. Miller has over 10 years of venture capital financial accounting and reporting experience. Prior to joining Maveron, Miller was an audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, (“PwC”). During his tenure at PwC Miller worked in both the San Jose and Seattle offices serving large and small venture capital, leveraged buyout and fund-of-funds clients. He also served many venture backed start-up and public companies in the high tech and life science industries. Miller holds a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
